I had such a great time shooting the Huanca’s family photo session. Working with children is always an adventure and makes for a lot of fun! Nowhere else will you see a dad rolling around in the grass making dog noises while the mom stands by and actually approves! Ah, the things we do for our kids!
We met around 6:30pm in the garden of Glory of Zion International Ministries in Corinth, TX. As someone who lives on a small homestead myself, I know a thing or two about gardens. To say that this place is beautiful is simply an understatement! We started off with pics of the birthday boy by himself. That’s right, his first birthday!
Of course we set up some posed shots but I made sure to take every opportunity I could to capture those little moments that happen as we are doing life. A kiss from mom. Holding dads hand. Things we all cherish as our kids grow older. We pray they never end but we all know that as our children grow, they don’t happen quite as often as we would like. Cherish every moment!
